Mai in Umag stattfand. Sonne, Meer, Bewegung \u2013 und ganz viel roten Sand auf den Schuhen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Egal ob beim Tennis (mit mehr Ballverlusten als Punkten), Kajaken (inklusive spontaner Wasser-Taufe), SUP (Stehen ist optional), Beachvolleyball (Sand \u00fcberall!) oder beim Biken (ja, das war wirklich ein H\u00fcgel!) \u2013 der sportliche Ehrgeiz war grenzenlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00f6hepunkte des Abends: Spaziergang nach Umag sowie Volleyballmatches, die bis in die Nacht weiterliefen, bis keiner mehr wusste, auf welcher Seite er steht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Kulinarisch war\u2019s eine wilde Reise durch Pasta-Landschaften, s\u00fc\u00dfe S\u00fcnden und den t\u00e4glichen Kampf um die letzte Kugel Schokoeis. Fazit: Niemand ist verhungert \u2013 eher im Gegenteil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Was wir uns f\u00fcrs n\u00e4chste Mal merken: Sonnencreme lieber schon in der Fr\u00fch auftragen, den Pool bei sch\u00f6nem Wetter auch wirklich nutzen \u2013 und ganz wichtig: Den Wasserkocher nicht auf den Herd stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00fcckblickend sind alle wieder heil, leicht gebr\u00e4unt und mit dezentem Muskelkater in die Heimat zur\u00fcckgekehrt \u2013 und einig in einem Punkt: Eine Woche war definitiv zu kurz!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Fazit: Sonne, Sport, Spa\u00df \u2013 und ein bisschen Chaos. Die Sommersportwoche in Umag war ein voller Erfolg. Danke an alle, die das m\u00f6glich gemacht haben \u2013 wir kommen wieder. Mit Sonnencreme, Insektenspray und vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Kondition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Melanie Fiechtner BEd.
